Willow Glen Terminal is led by a management team with an extensive history of operating bulk liquids terminals. The team is dedicated to building strong customer relationships and developing a company culture where customers, suppliers, employees, and investors are treated with the utmost level of appreciation, understanding, and respect.
Carolyn Lucca joined Willow Glen Terminal as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Strategy in May 2022. She is responsible for investor relations, corporate development, strategic finance and business strategy. Ms. Lucca successfully deployed the Company’s renewable fuels and feedstocks strategy at start-up. Previously, Ms. Lucca was an Operating Partner Thoroughbred, a Denver-based private equity firm that served as the lead sponsor and developer of Willow Glen Terminal. Ms. Lucca holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Master of Science in Applied Quantitative Finance from the University of Denver.
Dale Chatagnier joined Willow Glen Terminal as General Manager in April 2022. Mr. Chatagnier brings over 25 years of experience in operations and consulting on large-scale terminal construction and development projects. Previously, Mr. Chatagnier served in various engineering and operations management roles at Westeros Terminals, Enviva Biomass, Blackwater Midstream Corporation, North American Terminal Services, Kinder Morgan, Westway Terminal Company, and Delta Petroleum Company. Mr. Chatagnier holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
Casey Hunnicutt joined Willow Glen Terminal in 2022 and serves as the Vice President of Commercial. Mr. Hunnicutt brings over 8 years of commercial terminal experience working across multiple markets and terminal assets. Prior to joining Willow Glen Terminal, Mr. Hunnicutt served as the Business Development Director for BWC Terminals and Commercial Analyst at Kinder Morgan. Mr. Hunnicutt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Master of Business Administration from Tulane University.
Wade Blanchard is an experienced operations, health, safety, and environmental professional with over 40 years in the bulk liquid storage industry. After a brief retirement, Wade joined Willow Glen Terminal, where he manages regulatory compliance and the development of operations and HSE management systems. Previously, he held roles as Operations Manager for LBC, VP of HSE and Quality at Westway Terminal and Westway Feed Products, and Plant Manager at Jacob Stern and Sons. Mr. Blanchard holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix, Bachelor of Science in Business and Psychology from Louisiana State University.
Kevin Hays joined Willow Glen Terminal as Controller in February 2024. With experience in finance and accounting, Kevin has held senior management roles, including Sr. Manager, Inventory Accounting at Hello Fresh, and Senior Manager of Accounting at Parsley Energy, which was acquired by Pioneer Natural Resources for $4.5 billion in 2021. He was also CFO of Shipman Companies, a private real estate investment firm in Dallas-Fort Worth. Mr. Hays holds a Bachelor of Science from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University with majors in Finance and Financial Services Planning.
Evan Brink joined Willow Glen Terminal as FP&A Manager in April 2024, where he leads financial planning, advanced financial modeling, and strategic initiatives, including acquisition evaluations. Evan previously served as a Portfolio Analyst at Thoroughbred, focusing on underwriting new investment opportunities and was an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Dinan Capital Advisors. Mr. Brink holds a Master of Applied Quantitative Finance and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Denver.
Scott Applewhite joined Willow Glen Terminal as Construction Manager in 2023. With over 20 years in project management and site operations, Scott held senior roles at Enviva Biomass, DynCorp International, and Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR), managing large-scale military logistics and site operations.
Andrew Webb joined Willow Glen Terminal in 2023 and serves as Assistant Terminal Manager. With over eight years in laboratory operations and port logistics, Andrew previously worked as a Vessel Agent at Seaport Hub Agencies and held quality control roles at Code Inspection and Testing Company and Alfred H Knight North America. Mr. Webb holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal
